Quarterly ASX 200 and ASX 300 Rebalance – June 2020

by

Standard and Poor’s manage the main components which make up the ASX 200 and ASX 300 companies list. As these are market weight indicides, the equity value of the companies will change from the prior quarter and companies are added and removed from the respective index depending on the minimum threshold i.e 50, 100 or 200 largest companies.

S&P issue notices of change quarterly but the market volatility of March and April 2020 delayed the March index rebalance to June.
